Created by Haymarket Chairman Arnold M. Crook in 1998 to give young people the chance to be inspired by leading artists from theatre, film and TV, the hugely successful MASTERCLASS series has now supported over 40,000 young people.
The year-round programme focuses on acting and performance as well as directing, writing and producing. MASTERCLASS provides free talks and workshops with leading theatre professionals for anyone between 17 – 30 years.
In collaboration with the Theatre Royal Haymarket Company, MASTERCLASS is running an apprentice scheme which offers young actors, directors, designers and technicians the opportunity to learn from and work with the professional team led by director Jonathan Kent.
This is their diary.
